Founder and President:
Dr. Simi Massey holds Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery (M.B.B.S) from Christian Medical College Vellore, India, Masters in Gerontology and Masters in Health Services Administration from U.S.A. Her efforts in the non-profit world has been recognized by the Corporation for National and Community Service thereby being awarded the President’s Call to Service Award for 2014. In addition to this her contribution to the local community led her to receive the Home Town Hero Award by Allen and Allen Attorneys. She is experienced in the medical field and in organizing medical camps in developing countries. Having served in Mission Hospitals in India, she has first hand knowledge and experience of health care challenges faced in developing countries.
Dr.Massey teaches at the MHI Medical Mission Training and MHI School of Ministry where she prepares teams as they prepare of different mission trips.
Mrs Gita Surendranath hails from the beautiful land of India. Her very personal encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ in the year 1972 has been a 'Transforming Experience' for her. It gave her a new meaning and purpose to life. She knew instantly that she was 'Saved to Serve' & to 'Carry the Light' to those who were in darkness. The early years of her Christian life had been very challenging but through it all she has experienced the faithfulness and the goodness of God. She is a woman of Prayer, Passion and Perseverance. Having dedicated her life to serve God she has travelled far and wide and has been instrumental in impacting lives from almost every strata of society. She along with her husband Dr Surendranath and their children serve the Lord through their organisation Mission of Hope Intl: (MHI). She stands grateful to God, family members & her prayer partners who have stood with her through the years.
Godfrey Leraul O’Neale was born on the beautiful island of Barbados W.I. Having a
godly Christian heritage, he experienced the new birth and baptism by age twelve. During his
early years, he served as youth leader, Sunday school superintendent, evangelist, and church administrator.
Godfrey attended St. Clements Infants and Senior Schools, then Coleridge Parry High
School before going to Barbados Community College and later studying medical laboratory
technology at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital via University of the West Indies. It was while
working at the Q.E.H. Barbados that Godfrey received a call to full-time ministry working with
Hospital Christian Fellowship International. For over twelve years, he traveled to over 50
countries as Regional Coordinator recruiting, training, and developing leaders.
Bro. Godfrey, as he is commonly called, was able to introduce the founders of many
international ministries to the Caribbean. Godfrey served as consultant and advisor to many parachurch organizations in the Caribbean region and internationally. These included Hospital Christian Fellowship, Open Doors with Bro Andrew, Christian Literature Crusades, International Youth for Christ, Child Evangelist Crusades, Youth with a Mission, Evangelical Counsel of Churches, Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, Interschool Christian Fellowship, and Campus
Crusades for Christ.
At the age of 34, Godfrey married Georgeline St. Aimie, a registered nurse from Dominica.
He migrated to the U.S.A. from where he coordinated Leraul Consultant Ministries, a
ministry which he founded in 1985. After living for 25 years in the U.S.A., Godfrey became a
citizen. Godfrey and Georgeline have four wonderful children. Angel Laurel, Gloria Cecilia, Gabriel
Glynfrey and Grace Faith .
While living in the U.S.A. Godfrey has continued to travel internationally and has
worked with many church boards as missionary consultant. Among them are Abundant Life -

As a gifted teacher and administrator, Godfrey has helped start and establish Bible
colleges, coordinate conferences and workshops, and train and develop leaders in the Caribbean,
Africa, Far East, Europe, South America, and North America, spanning over 50 countries. Many
across the world remember him as a lecturer, motivator, preacher, teacher, singer, and musician
as he plays guitar, piano, and the accordion.
